Damaged Items: We will reship another item at no charge to you, and then we will file a claim with UPS for the orginal shipment.
Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, we will reship another at no charge UPS Ground and file a claim with the vendor. You will have to hold onto the item for 7 business days in case the vendor calls for the item back.
Returns: If you need to return an item for any other reason then stated above. We will only refund your cost for them item less 25% for a restocking fee.
